AMANDA HUERTA

Hi there! I'm Amanda Huerta, a 27-year-old photographer based in the wonderful city of Chicago. Ever since I was a little kid, I've had a passion for expressing my creativity through a variety of mediums like drawing, painting, making jewelry, and so much more. But it was when I was gifted my first camera at the age of 13 (a nikon coolpix haha) that my love for photography truly blossomed. When I was a sophomore in high school, I had the privilege of taking an amazing photography class where I fell deeper into the world of conceptual photography, surrealism, and participating in contests and showcasing my work in galleries. I also had the incredible opportunity to photograph local bands, which further fueled my passion for capturing raw emotions and creating everlasting memories.

 

My absolute favorite subjects to photograph are live music performances, portraits, and weddings. It brings me immense joy to create timeless memories for my clients that they will cherish forever. Apart from my specialization, I also have experience in event photography, promotional shoots, and even designing album art. I'm always up for trying new things, whether it's experimenting with different shooting techniques or exploring the endless possibilities of editing in Lightroom and Photoshop.
